How accurate are natal chart calculations?
Planet positions come from NASA JPL’s DE421 ephemeris; in our tests they stay within a few arcseconds of Swiss Ephemeris. Accuracy also depends on how exact your birth time is. Interpretations are symbolic, not scientific fact.
What if I do not know my birth time?
Tick “exact time unknown”. The chart uses noon positions: planet signs remain, but the Ascendant and houses are not calculated and the Moon’s degree may differ slightly. A rectification service can refine the time.
How are payments processed?
Payment takes place on Bank of Georgia’s secure page. Card details never reach us and we do not store them. An order activates only after our server receives confirmation directly from the bank.
Where can I find purchased reports?
In your account under “My reports”. Guest buyers receive a link by email; if it is lost, use “Recover purchases” and we will send it again.
Are interpretations professional advice?
No. Astrological, tarot and numerological interpretations are symbolic and intended for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
Can I delete my personal data?
Yes. From the Privacy page in your account you can export your data or request deletion. Financial records are kept as the law requires; birth data is erased.
What is the difference between a Sun sign and a natal chart?
Your Sun sign is just one point. A natal chart shows all the planets, houses and aspects, so it gives a fuller and more personal picture.
How do I receive my analysis?
Once payment is confirmed, your analysis opens on the order page and a link is sent by email. Account holders can also see it on their personal page.
Can I order without registering?
Yes, an email address is enough. You can recover your purchases from the Recover purchases page.
Which cards can I pay with?
Payment runs on the secure Bank of Georgia page. We never store your card details.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. We have no monthly subscription: you pay only for what you choose.
Can I buy a service as a gift?
Yes. Many services have a Buy as a gift option. The recipient gets a voucher and enters their own details.
What are the free tests?
Free tests and calculations are short online tools. They ask for a birth date or a few answers and show the result straight away.
Are the tarot cards really random?
Yes. Cards are shuffled on the server using cryptographically secure random numbers.
Who writes the AI service answers?
Answers are generated by artificial intelligence from your calculated data. They are not an astrologer’s personal opinion.
How do I book a consultation?
Choose a service, a specialist, a duration and a free time. After payment, the meeting link appears on your order page.
Can I get a refund?
The conditions are on the Refund Policy page. If you have a technical problem, write to us with your order number.
