Refund Policy

Automatic reports: once a report is generated the service counts as performed. If a technical fault prevents delivery we refund you or regenerate the report.

Consultations: cancelling at least 24 hours ahead gives a full refund or reschedule. If a specialist cancels you are always refunded.

Written specialist services: refundable until the answer is delivered.

Write to us with your order number. Refunds return to the same card via Bank of Georgia.
