What we process

Email, name, order information and, to perform a service, date, time and place of birth. We do not receive card data: it is handled on Bank of Georgia’s page.

Why

To deliver purchased services, manage your account, keep financial records and, only with your consent, send news.

Storage and protection

Birth data and reports are stored encrypted in the database. Order birth data is kept while the report remains available or until you request deletion; financial records are kept as long as the law requires.

Children’s data

Only a parent or legal guardian may order a child’s chart. Such data is further restricted and never used for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export and deletion from the Privacy page in your account or by email.

Visit statistics

To improve the site we use our own statistics, which set no cookies and are not shared with third parties. We keep pages opened, time on page, the source of the visit, device and browser type, time zone and an irreversible hash of the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored in the statistics. Records are deleted after 400 days.
